Position the wheel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rotate the tire so the rock can be pulled <strong>straight out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don\u2019t pull at an angle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Straight out = less resistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Wrap the strap around the rock<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drop the strap over the rock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loop it so it tightens onto itself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure it won\u2019t slip off<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Anchor to the frame<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hook the other end to a solid point on the frame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep everything aligned with the direction of pull<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
